Your One-Stop Dental Office

Using the Latest Technology to Restore Your Smile

Nitrous Oxide

We provide Nitrous Oxide to all of our patients. It doesn’t make your mouth go numb like other local anesthesia, but it decreases your discomfort. Nitrous oxide, however, is not used on pregnant women or those who have an inner ear infection. During your appointment, our team will always make sure your vitals, oxygen, and pulse rate are monitored as you’re tucked under a nice soft blanket and your is head resting on a pillow.

Many of our patients have their periodontal cleanings, extractions, implants, veneers, crowns, and root canals all done in one appointment. Receiving sedation helps increase patients’ tolerance for lengthy dental procedures. They then feel comfortable enough to receive their maintenance visits twice a year. A sign of a great dental practice is the care and attention patients are provided, and at Arrow Dental Center your comfort is our priority.

IV Sedation

Sedation medication is administered intravenously. This allows the dentist optimal control of the medication administered and allows them to readily increase or decrease your level of sedation as needed. Although you may lie back comfortably with your eyes closed, you will not be asleep during your appointment and will still be able to respond to verbal cues from your dentist. Because you are completely relaxed, your dentist can accomplish more high-quality dentistry in less time. Patients remember little-to-nothing of their appointment by the next day. IV sedation includes faster onset of the sedation medications, meaning you’ll be able to feel the effects of the medication quickly.
